Q: How do I access the property?.

A: We have a security code for each property, which allows for 24hrs access.  On the day of your arrival, you will receive the code via text.  Please ensure that we have your correct mobile number, or request another option to receive this code.


Q: How do I make payments?

A:  Upon approval of your booking request, you will receive a link to make payment.   20% deposit is required, with the balance due 28 days prior to your arrival.   We accept payments either via credit card,  Paypal or direct transfer.  All the details will provided on the link.


Q: Is there a security bond?

A:  Yes.  $500.00 fully refundable security bond is required 7 days prior to your arrival.   This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.   For more information on bond requirements, please check the terms & conditions.


Q: Are the prices per person?

A:  No, the price quoted in the reservation calendar, is for the property.


Q: Do I need to bring linen?

A:  No, full linen is provided.  Sheets, blankets, towels, tea towels, face washers, pillows are all included.
